We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day your item is delivered. If you need to return an item, we’re here to assist you and make the process as smooth as possible.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with original tags and packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase to ensure a quick processing time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (will be provided in email).

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This ensures a seamless process for you, as we provide the label and handle the logistics on your behalf.
